What do I do if there are printing errors?

If you find an error in your Christmas or holiday card order, please FAX, call or email us within 10 days of receipt of order. Do not send a copy of the order, we have it on file. Just refer to Account and Invoice Numbers from the invoice enclosed in your package (or mailed if drop-shipped). If the error is ours, we will redo it at no charge. If the error is yours, you will receive an additional 1/3 courtesy discount when we reprint them. Please note, you may be asked to return incorrect merchandise.
