CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Because all orders are personalised with your individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. Please view our entire return policy here
 
Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
Creating an account allows you to:
• See Past Orders
• Save your Shipping Information
• Access your Saved Items from any computer
 
Do the cards come with envelopes?
Yes. All cards come with blank envelopes with no additional charge. You can personalize them with your return address for an additional charge.
 
What is Blank Stock?
The inside of blank stock cards will have neither a verse nor an imprint and be completely blank. The image on the front of the card will remain as shown.
 
Can I order a Sample?
Yes. You can choose up to 3 of your favorite designs and we will send them to you completely free. Sample(s) will be completely blank on the inside.
 
What is a Kwik Seal Envelope?
KwikSeal Envelopes make mailing of your greeting cards fast and easy with a self adhesive strip; no glue stick or applying moisture needed! 
 
Can I see what my personalization will look like before I order?
Yes. Shopping on this website provides you with a FREE downloadable proof of your personalized imprint copy, shown with the verse and color of your choice. To have a proof emailed an additional charge may apply and will be sent after the order is submitted for processing.
 
Is there an extra charge for having 2 color inks?
On cards with a printing type of “Offset” the use of 2 colors will incur an additional printing charge of $120.00. On cards with a printing type of “Digital” there is not an additional charge for two color printing. The website will clearly indicate this charge if it applies.
 
Can I use a different ink color than what is shown?
Yes. If any non-standard ink color is desired, please supply the PMS color number ending in U in the custom instructions area. Your extra charge will be $60.00 per color. 2 color work with 2 different PMS inks is an additional $120.00 charge ($60 per unique PMS color). Please note that the website will not automatically add these charges so they will have to be added by us after you submit your order to us. 
 
Our Standard ink colors available are Red, Black, Brown, Gold, Silver, Hunter, Burgundy, Blue and Purple. PMS numbers for these colors are:  Red (185U), Blue (Reflex Blue), Gold (871U), Silver (877U), Hunter (349U), Burgundy (208U), Brown (483U) and Purple (2665U).
 
What kind of files do you accept for artwork?
We only accept artwork files in the following formats: TIF - Tagged Image File (Preferred), ZIP - WinZip (Preferred), SIT - Stuff-It, INDD - Adobe InDesign, AI - Adobe Illustrator, PSD - Adobe Photoshop, EPS - Encapsulated PostScript, PDF, JPG Images. Maximum file size allowed is 5MB.
 
What kind of file is best to use for my photo?
For best results use a high-resolution photo. Typically files that are larger than 500kb print best. You can upload .JPG and.TIF. Please note that any reproduction of photographs, designs or artwork requires written permission from the original author. The author (such as a photographer, artist or designer) retains the right to the work. Physical possession or ownership of a copy of the original work does not give the possessor the right to reproduce the work without the written permission of the author.
 
Instructions for Envelope Recipient Addressing
We offer a template so you can easily provide us with the information required to print your card recipient’s addresses on the front of your envelopes. Note that we do not share your information and the template is not used again.

We regret that we will not be able to process your order if you change the format of any of the data fields.
 
Please follow the instructions. For your convenience, these instructions are repeated on a sheet in the Excel file. Above all, we do not question your data and what you key is what you get. Please enter exactly what you want on each line, and do not abbreviate unless you want your text to be abbreviated.. The charge for addressing the front of the envelope is $1.00 per envelope. We will also print your return address on the back flap of the envelope for an additional charge. (Please see our website for pricing.) Select any Lettering Style or Ink Color from our website. Be sure to indicate both Ink Color and Lettering Style on the Excel Spreadsheet template. Please allow an additional 2 business days for this service.
 
Please note: Recipient addresses can only be printed in ink. Foil is not available.
