Because all orders are personalised with your individual details, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order.   1. Any order from a customer for Christmas Cards from ChristmasCards4Less.com is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  4. Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the State of Colorado.

    3. Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, or local authority
    4. Import or export regulations or embargoes

    6. Difficulties in obtaining raw materials labour, fuel, parts or machinery.
    7. Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
  13. Any dispute, claims or proceedings of whatever nature between ChristmasCards4Less.com and the Customer in connection with or arising out of the validity construction or performance of this agreement shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of The High Court of England and Wales, to which both parties irrevocably submit.
  14. The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by US Law.
